With the completion of the structural reform of the Israel's port industry, Haifa Port, Israel's largest port is entering a new era. We pledge to manage, develop and transform Haifa Port into an industry leader, offering unique service solutions to the shipping industry.

• To lead through modernization and improved service quality in the local, as well as in the regional port industry.
• To strengthen and enhance Haifa Port's operations and customer service, providing quality and timely solutions to market requirements and customers.
• To develop and cultivate labor-management cooperation in order to strengthen the port's capacity to provide world class service levels for our clients and to generate economic benefits to Haifa area.
• To position Haifa Port as the primary and main harbour in Israel and its eastern neighbours, as well as the main HUB in the east Mediterranean.

Haifa Port commenced operations as an independent company during 2005, operating in a competitive business environment requiring constant professionalism in operation and services.
The port has undergone structural changes that have posed great challenges and, at the same time, have created opportunities for maritime community.
We promise to be attentive to our customers' needs and to continuously make progress toward our primary goal of providing efficient, professional and continuously improving service.

Haifa Port boasts many advantages. First and foremost, our primary asset is our skilled and professional staff. Haifa Port is proud of its personnel who have shown their constant commitment to providing our customers with efficient, responsive and quality service.

One billion NIS will be invested in the development of Haifa Port over the next five years.
The development plan features the construction of the new Carmel container terminal with its 700 meters of new quay equipped with super post-panamax cranes and modern yard stacking equipment; the construction of a new state-of-the-art gate complex; and, the implementation of a new computerized container terminal management and operations system. These projects will strengthen the port's capacity to provide quality and timely service.

Haifa Port Ltd., as a growing business concern, will strengthen its relationship with the maritime community and with all those involved with maritime transport, including shipping companies, shipping agents, transport companies, customs agents, importers, exporters and others. We are dedicated to provide these customers with quality service 24 hours per day, 364 days per year, based on the highest international standards.

Haifa port has been from it's inception an integral part of the city of Haifa. We are working together with municipal and regional bodies to promote economic development and prosperity. We are privileged and honored to be part of the urban fabric covering Haifa and the cities and towns located in the bay area. The development and the success of the port will contribute to the continuing development and prosperity of the greater Haifa area.
